How we started
Industry Night began with a simple idea: to create a platform that truly represents the voices, talent, and culture of the music community in Wales. Coming from a background rooted in native radio and community broadcasting, the vision was to build something that goes beyond playlists and airwaves—bringing the conversations, performances, and personalities behind the music into one shared space.
